Payment for Basic Services

Upon purchasing an aquapark ticket, guests receive a bracelet that grants access to the basic services included in the corresponding tariff. These services encompass pools, waterslides, and other specified attractions.

The available payment methods are as follows:

Cashless Payment

• Payment can be executed via cashless transactions, which is particularly useful for group visits. This method requires prior arrangement and issuance of an invoice. Payments are processed through bank transfers or electronic payment systems.

Online Payment

• Visitors may conveniently purchase tickets through the aquapark's official website. Upon completing the online payment, guests receive a QR code, which grants entry to the aquapark and can be exchanged for a bracelet.

Bank Card Payment at Ticket Office

• Guests can utilize bank cards for payment at the aquapark's ticket offices, facilitated through electronic payment terminals.

Cash Payment at Ticket Office

• The entrance fee can be settled in cash (Ukrainian hryvnia, UAH) at the aquapark reception or ticket offices located at the entrance.

Self-Service Terminals

• Specialized self-service terminals are available within the aquapark premises. These terminals accept both bank card payments and cash for the purchase of bracelets.

Payment Method for Additional Services

Additional services are paid for by depositing the corresponding amount onto the guest's bracelet. This is done by tapping the bracelet on an RFID reader, enabling the tracking and payment of goods and services consumed.

• Pool bars;
• Phyto-bar;
• VR-slide "Extravaganza";
• Storage cell;
• Extra towel change;
• Bathrobe rental.

Payment via Bracelet:

When purchasing goods or services, the cost is automatically linked to the guest’s bracelet. The total amount can be settled either upon exiting the aquapark or at the point of service provision.

SPA Services:

Guests without tickets which include SPA services may purchase access by tapping their bracelet on the RFID reader located at the SPA zone entrance. The time spent in the SPA is recorded from the moment the guest passes through the turnstile.

Payment for Additional SPA Services:

Massages, cosmetic treatments, rituals, and other SPA treatments are paid for exclusively at the SPA reception desk. Payment can be made only via bank card through the available terminal. Bracelet-based funds are not accepted for these services.

Types of Bracelets

Restrictions for Children:

• Children under 12 years old are not allowed to make payments for additional services independently. All payments must be made by an accompanying person (parents or guardians).
• Children under 18 years old are subject to a bracelet credit limit of no more than 1000 UAH.
• Children's bracelets are linked to the accompanying person's bracelet.
• Alcoholic beverages are sold exclusively to individuals aged 18+.

Bracelet Categories:

• Adult bracelet: "Runa" ticket — visitors aged 18+, black color, "Runa" sticker.
• Adult bracelet: "Runa" ticket — visitors under 18, visitor height above 140 cm, black color. "Swampy" sticker.
• Children's bracelet: "Swampy" ticket — kids up to 140 cm in height, yellow color, "Swampy" sticker.

Payment for Additional Services

Verification of Unpaid Services:

• Visitors can check for unpaid services by scanning their bracelet at any self-service terminal located at the aquapark exit.

If No Unpaid Services Are Detected:

• The visitor deposits the bracelet into a designated collector device at the turnstile area.
• The turnstile opens automatically, permitting the visitor to exit the aquapark.

If Unpaid Services Are Detected:

• The turnstile will remain locked until all due payments are settled.
• Visitors can make payments at self-service terminals situated near the exit.

Procedure for Payment via Self-Service Terminal:

• Scan the bracelet using the RFID reader at the terminal.
• The outstanding balance will be displayed on the screen.
• Settle the payment using a bank card or cash.
• Upon successful payment, the terminal issues a receipt and activates the bracelet, enabling the visitor to pass through the turnstile and exit the aquapark.

Additional info

Bracelet Use and Activation Time:

Visit time starts with bracelet activation at the turnstile upon entering the aquapark. An additional 30 minutes is provided beyond the main 4 hours to allow for changing and preparation.

Extra Time Rates:

After the initial 4 hours, extra time starts to be charged. The additional time cost is 300 UAH for every 30 minutes of stay.
